It is not about buying a new car or a used car rather it is about the best deal you can get. If you think you can make do with a used car and also being offered a good deal, there is no problem in buying the used car. Instead, if you have plenty of money and can negotiate the price well you can go with a new car.
But the first and foremost thing that needs to be considered here is that what your budget is. According to your budget you can buy either a new car or a used car. While a new car can fill you with satisfaction, a used car would not let your budget go out of your hand. Both the conditions have their pros and cons and it is you who is in the best position to decide best for you.
