Parents Need to Take a Refresher Course Too!June 5

We all have old habits when it comes to driving. We drive with 1 hand on the stiring wheel or even try multi-tasking for the more experienced drivers. In most places, it’s a law to have drivers education prior to receiving your driver’s license. However, it’s not a law to get any kind of refresher training. I wonder why? When you work at a job for a while you get refresher trainings. Why is it that when you drive you do not need to go back to driving school? Well you don’t have to wait for it to become a law now. You can become proactive and go back to driving school for a refresher course yourself. Get the most up to date information regarding traffic laws and reunite yourself with the correct way to drive. With all the new young drivers out on the road today, this is necessary. Relearn how to be a defensive driver and better avoid accidents and tickets. If you had to take a driving test, would you pass? Chances are that 95% of the adults that have been driving for over 10 years would not pass a driving test today. “Old” drivers are too set in their ways to break bad habits. The only way to break this bad habit is buying going to drivers training courses so that you can be told what you are doing right or wrong. How would you know unless you are told. If this were your job, it would be a requirment to take this refresher. It’s not your job, however it is your life.
